Shipping Overview
Orders $75.00 or more ship free, Domestic only. We usually process orders within 1-3 business days Monday thru Friday. (Regardless if you pay for expedited shipping). If you pay for expedited shipping, we do not guarantee the shipping date, that is handled by the shipping carrier. If you have a dispute, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
*Please double check your shipping address. If the package is not received due to a wrong address provided, that is the customers responsibility. If the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the shipping charges once we receive the package.
International
We ship internationally to UK, Canada and Australia. The customer is responsible for all taxes and import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you). If the customer refuses the customs and duties fee and package, we are not responsible for the original shipping charges.
Order Tracking
When you place an order with KYOMI, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
