Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept exchanges or returns.

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before placing an order.

Our products are made without preservatives and chemical ingredients, so please avoid getting water in the container, always use dry hands and store in a cool, dry place out of the sunlight.

*If your order was marked "delivered" to your address from the shipping carrier, but you did not receive it, you will need to contact the shipping service to make a claim. Lost in transit orders please contact us. 

Damaged or Defective Products Policy:

When your KYOMI order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. Please anticipate natural wear on your outer package. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving at hellokyomiskin@gmail.com. Simply provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, your email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. We will provide you with return instructions at our expense.

If, after examining the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund for the price you paid to the original method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, replacement items for damaged or defective products will be shipped to you free of charge.
